This was a super-chill deep house mix I did with some newish and favorite
bits slapped together around the time I started playing more consistently at
The Derby and Transistor Lounge in Los Angeles so I had a little something
to pass onto promoters. The Sunday Brunch track is up there easily in my top
10 tunes of all time.

As easily one of my favorite producers, it was a personal honor to put
together (I insisted... the guy thought I was crazy) a mix of tracks
selected from Rithma's then-current catalogue in the BleepbloopRadio
tradition. The 16 tracks run the gamut of Rithma's musical style, from deep,
introspective tech to noodle-y house with lavish production - all with the
heartstring-tug that evokes almost tear-y emotional responses. Working with
labels like Om Records,
Fiji, Beau Monde,
Terraform, and
Tweekin', this mix
represents a cross-section of Rithma's released material, as well as some
older unreleased material. This was
intended to be released as the fifth and final BleepbloopRadio release right
before my move to Los Angeles in May, 2001. But up to now no more than 20
copies of have been made.

Played a few choice tunes that I'm really into at the moment, including the
Barrio Bros. Hold on to Your Love remix produced by Doc Martin, and
the exceptionally dark and bass-heavy Drumprints 12" on Primitive Urges.
Wrapped it up with The Way, one of my favorite house tunes of all
time. Special thanks to Melanie Walker for making all the arrangements and
inviting me to play at the station.
